Regular credits are personal, but they can be used to book a guest if you are also attending the same class. However, credits included in a membership are strictly for your own use and cannot be shared.

Yes, in special cases like pregnancy or injury. We may ask for a doctor's note and can sometimes say no. Vacation or short-term illness are not valid reasons. Contact us if you want to request a pause.

You can usually cancel with 1 month notice. Your membership stays active until the end of the following month. Example: Cancel on February 20 → ends March 31. If you have a fixed-term membership, you can't cancel until it's over.

- Cancel at least 10 hours before → full refund. (Single purchases and credits are returned as new credits.) - Cancel less than 10 hours before → no refund. But, your spot can go to someone else.

Regular credits are valid for month from the purchase date. Credits included in a credit membership are only valid during the month stated in the membership.

- Credits or credit membership: You lose the credit you used to book. - Regular membership: If you miss 3 classes or cancel late (less than 10 hours before) in the same month → you can't book new classes for 2 weeks.

If you don't show up for a booked session, the session is not refunded.

Usually, yes. Some special classes may cost more credits. Some less popular time slots may cost fewer credits.

- Yes, you can join the waitlist. - If a spot becomes available more than 2 hours before → you're booked automatically. - If a spot becomes available less than 2 hours before → you'll get a push/email and must book it yourself. First come, first served. - The usual cancellation rules apply if you get a spot from the waitlist.

- Cancel at least 24 hours before → full refund. - Cancel less than 24 hours before → no refund. But, your time slot can go to someone else.
